Securely place the gadget in its original box with all cables and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping package.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
